More opportunities and challenges come from: the widespread instability, geopolitical conflict and wars, changes and unpredictability in politics and policies of countries that are Vietnam\u2019s important trade and investment partners; the trend of recovery and high but still unsustainable growth of the world and domestic economy; the establishment and implementation of strategic partnership between Vietnam and eight world powers; the implementation of 17 bilateral and multilateral free trade agreements signed by Vietnam; the increasingly strong and widespread trend of digital transformation due to the development of artificial intelligence (AI); the implementation of net zero emissions commitment by 2050 and the requirement for green transformation; the implementation of the global minimum corporate income tax from January 2024; the plan to implement many major national infrastructure projects on highways, high-speed railways, and airports; the plan to arrange and streamline the apparatus of central and local agencies to meet the requirements for development in the new era, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In that context, analyzing, evaluating, and proposing solutions is essential to help businesses and government agencies take full advantage of opportunities and resolve challenges more effectively.
